1. Services

Junior Lemon provides frozen lemonade Party Pack deliveries and food truck event bookings through our website and backend systems.

2. Party Pack System

By submitting a Party Pack request, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are reserving one or more Junior Lemon coolers for personal or event use.

Each Party Pack includes a branded cooler valued at $150.

You are fully responsible for returning the cooler in good condition.

If the cooler is lost, damaged, or not returned, you agree to pay a $150 replacement fee.

3. Booking and Fulfillment

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each order is manually reviewed.

If approved, a confirmation will be sent to your contact email or number.

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your event. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Junior Lemon.

Pickup will occur approximately 6 hours after drop-off. Orders placed late in the evening may be picked up the next morning.

4. Event Requests

Events must be submitted with a minimum of 6 days’ notice.

Approval requires a 50% deposit, which will be invoiced via Square.

Your event is confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the event date.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, copy, and website assets are owned by Junior Lemon. You may not reproduce or repurpose any of our materials without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Junior Lemon is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
